I think those vents are sticking out just a little too, perhaps add a spinning rotor instead of the grid you have at the moment.
I presume you want to have the glowing thing as the attraction point? I would suggest darkening the light panels just a little bit.
The dirt on the front of the vent sticks out a bit too much,
